Changeovers / Rental Preparation
Mayenne Jardinage can make sure your home is clean, tidy and looking its best.
First impressions count for everything. No-one expects to spend the first day of their holiday cleaning! You are also more likely to receive repeat bookings if the property is cared for and well maintained.
Linen changes
If you provide linen and towels for your guests we can provide a full launder and changeover service.
In addition to these services Mayenne Jardinage can take care of the little things that mean so much and make a difference. Before any guests arrive we can be there to open and air the property or, in cooler weather, switch on heating to ensure that the first impression your customers get is the right one. We can also be there to meet and greet you or your guests with basic provisions (tea, coffee, milk etc), which can be bought and left at the property.
All of this means that the holiday experience starts as soon as the door opens - no stress, no worries and trouble free.
Inventories
You may have decided to provide additional extras in your property, for example:
TelevisionVCR and VideosDVD player and DVD’sStereo player
All of these cost money and are expensive to repair or replace. In addition to this, basic items such as glasses, cups, saucers, plates etc can sometimes unavoidably get broken and it is always beneficial to keep an up to date list of the items at the property. To help you do this, we at Mayenne Jardinage will carry out an initial inventory inspection and catalogue your home contents. This would then be checked at each changeover and any discrepancies reported back to you.
We are also happy to carry out meter readings for gas and electric at any time, again including these within your next property report.
Report on Property
A report will be made to you after each rental week, so that the customer’s security deposit can be returned.
The report will be sent by e-mail or post after each visit. Plus confirmed dates for the next visit.
